Delivery Partner Instructions
How an approved fill location fills, labels, stores, and hands off every bag of Electrified Water Bar.
PART 1: GET APPROVED (one time)
- 1Apply on the Partner Network page and tell us your address and whether it's a home or business.
- 2Sign the Electrified Water Bar Location Partner Agreement.
- 3Register your fill location with CDPHE Manufactured Food Program ($100 application fee) and check with your county health department. Send us your registration number.
- Download and fill out the Manufactured Food or Storage Facility Registration Form (you can fill the PDF electronically or print it): Registration Form
- Only if you fill in a shared or commissary kitchen, also submit the Commissary Agreement: Commissary Agreement
- Mail it with the $100 non refundable application fee (check or money order only, no cash) as directed on the form.
- CDPHE will invoice the remaining registration fee. Pay it by check, money order, or online at https://myhealthdepartment.com/colorado/ (sign up first; you'll need the invoice number starting with EHS). Your registration is issued after this invoice is paid.
- Send us your registration number once you have it.
- 4Get product liability insurance and send us your certificate, naming Electrified Water Bar LLC as additional insured.
- 5Get your water tested by a certified lab and send us the results. Retest on the schedule we give you.
- 6Complete training with Angie or Jenae and pass a fill area check.
- 7Receive your location barcode, labels, food grade bags, and cooler. You can't fill orders until we mark you approved.

PART 2: EVERY FILL
- 1Wash hands and wear clean gloves. Sanitize the counter, nozzle, and any tools.
- 2Run the machine for 10 seconds before filling. Check the pH setting matches the order.
- 3Fill a new food grade bag only. Never reuse bags.
- 4Seal it tamper evident right away.
- 5Label it: product name and pH, "1.3 gal (4.9 L)", "Bottled for Electrified Water Bar" with our address, today's fill date, and your location barcode.
- 6Log the batch: date, time, pH, number of bags, order number.
- 7Put the bag straight into the dedicated cooler (nothing else in it, out of the sun, off the ground).
PART 3: ROADIE PICKUP
- 1Watch for the order alert and confirm you can fill it.
- 2Fill within the pickup window. Same day only; never sell a bag filled on an earlier day.
- 3Hand the bag to the Roadie driver, check the order number matches, and mark it handed off.
- 4If anything is wrong (leak, wrong pH, missed pickup), don't send it. Text Angie at 720-683-0202.
PART 4: KEEP UP
- Monthly machine self clean, annual service, filter changes, and electrolysis enhancer on schedule.
- Keep your fill logs and lab results for at least 2 years.
- Never make health or cure claims to customers, on social media, or on bags.
- We may inspect your fill area at any time.
PART 5: GETTING PAID / FEES
- How partner pay works
- Electrified Water Bar collects payment from every customer. From each bag's price, we first take out the bag and label cost ($2.00), card processing fees, and any delivery cost the customer didn't pay. The rest is split.
- Orders we bring you (Electrified Water Bar customers): 50% to you, 50% to Electrified Water Bar. Example: $15 bag, minus $2 bag and label = $13, you earn $6.50.
- Customers you bring (your own referral link or code): 70% to you, 30% to Electrified Water Bar. Example: $15 bag, minus $2 = $13, you earn $9.10.
- Weekly delivery memberships: Memberships use the same split. Each month we start with the membership payment and take out $2.00 per bag delivered, card processing fees, and the cost of every delivery that month. What's left is split 50/50 for members we bring you, or 70/30 in your favor for members you bring.
- Deliver it yourself and keep the delivery fee
- When you deliver an order in person (with our approval), the customer pays a delivery fee and you keep 100% of it:
- $10.00 per delivery within 10 miles of your fill location
- plus $1.00 per mile past 10 miles (one way)
- The delivery fee is charged to the customer, separate from the bag price, and is not part of the split. Example: a customer 14 miles away pays $14.00 for delivery, and you keep $14.00 plus your share of the bags.
- We group deliveries by area so one route covers several members whenever possible.
- Examples shown before card processing fees. Delivery fees charged to the customer cover delivery and are not split. Partner earnings are paid out [payout schedule].
- [Payment schedule and method]
Requirements are based on CDPHE guidance and may change once the state confirms details for partner fill locations. This is not legal advice.
