Use of the site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. Electrified Water Bar LLC ("EWB") provides this site to share information about our water, take orders through our store, and run our partner program.
Orders and payment
Orders are placed on our Clover store and all payments are processed by Clover. Prices are set by us and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Fresh water
Our water is sold fresh and bagged the same day it is filled. Keep it cold and use it within the timeframe stated on the label.
Not for drinking products
The 2.5 pH, 11.5 pH, and 6.0 pH products are labeled Not for Drinking. They are for external and cleaning use only.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by third party carriers. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Memberships
Memberships and weekly water plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time as described in our Refund Policy.
No health or medical claims
We make no health or medical claims about our products. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Machine purchases
Kangen machines are sold under the manufacturer's terms and return policy. EWB is an independent distributor and is not the seller of record for machines.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EWB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
