Privacy Policy

When you place an order, sign up for a membership, or apply to our partner program, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. Partner applications also include your chosen role, your role specific answer (business or hub city and state, or your Kangen machine model), and how you plan to share. We also record referral link clicks and Buy Now taps that are tied to a partner code, and basic site usage.

We never see or store your payment card data. All payments are handled by Clover on Clover's own checkout, so your card details go directly to Clover and never touch our systems.

We use your information to fulfill orders and deliveries, to pay partners their commissions, and to respond to your inquiries and data requests.

We share the information needed to run the site with: Clover (payments), Roadie and DoorDash (delivery), Google and Gmail (notification email), and Base44 (hosting). We do not sell personal information to anyone.

We save a referral code in your browser for 30 days so that the partner who shared their link with you gets credit for your order. No advertising cookies are used.

Partner records are kept while a partner is active, plus 7 years afterward for tax records. Referral click data is kept for 24 months.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails and texts. To make a request, use our data request form.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. You must be 18 or older to join the partner program.

Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data and we do not run targeted advertising.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be reflected here.
