Electrified Water Bar Partner Program Terms

Enrollment. Applications are reviewed and approved by Electrified Water Bar LLC (EWB). EWB may decline or remove any partner at any time.

Commission. How partner pay works: Electrified Water Bar collects payment from every customer. From each bag's price, we first take out the bag and label cost ($2.00), card processing fees, and any delivery cost the customer didn't pay. The rest is split. Orders we bring you (Electrified Water Bar customers): 50% to you, 50% to Electrified Water Bar. Example: $15 bag, minus $2 bag and label = $13, you earn $6.50. Customers you bring (your own referral link or code): 70% to you, 30% to Electrified Water Bar. Example: $15 bag, minus $2 = $13, you earn $9.10. Weekly delivery memberships: Memberships use the same split. Each month we start with the membership payment and take out $2.00 per bag delivered, card processing fees, and the cost of every delivery that month. What's left is split 50/50 for members we bring you, or 70/30 in your favor for members you bring. Deliver it yourself and keep the delivery fee When you deliver an order in person (with our approval), the customer pays a delivery fee and you keep 100% of it: - $10.00 per delivery within 10 miles of your fill location - plus $1.00 per mile past 10 miles (one way) The delivery fee is charged to the customer, separate from the bag price, and is not part of the split. Example: a customer 14 miles away pays $14.00 for delivery, and you keep $14.00 plus your share of the bags. We group deliveries by area so one route covers several members whenever possible. Examples shown before card processing fees. Delivery fees charged to the customer cover delivery and are not split. Partner earnings are paid out [payout schedule].

Payment. Commissions are paid monthly by the 10th for the prior month's eligible orders, once the partner has a completed W-9 on file. Refunded or canceled orders are not eligible. Minimum payout is $25; lower balances roll to the next month.

No self referrals. Orders a partner places for themselves or their household do not earn commission.

Marketing rules. Partners may not make health, medical or disease claims about the water; may not use paid ads on the Electrified Water Bar name; and may not offer discounts or pricing EWB has not approved. Partners may use EWB logos and materials only as provided.

Independent contractor. Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of EWB, and are responsible for their own taxes. EWB issues a Form 1099 as required.

Changes and termination. EWB may change commission rates or these terms with 30 days' notice. Either party may end participation at any time; commissions earned before the end date will be paid.
