Refund Policy

Because fresh water bags and bottles are filled the same day, they are non refundable once picked up or delivered. Exception: if a bag is leaking, damaged, or the wrong pH was delivered, report it within 24 hours with a photo to 720-683-0202 and we will replace it or refund it.

Unopened spray bottles can be returned within 14 days for a refund.

Cancel anytime by calling 720-683-0202 or emailing support@electrifiedwaterbar.com before the next billing date. There are no partial refunds for the current period.

Delivery fees are non refundable once a driver has been dispatched.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
